PingScalate offers a free plan that allows users to evaluate the Service before purchasing a paid subscription.
Customers may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of their initial paid subscription purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted through our Contact form at https://pingscalate.com/contact before the fourteen-day refund window expires.
Subscription renewal payments are non-refundable.
Users may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us through https://pingscalate.com/contact within thirty (30) days of the charge.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
